Task #` from Reverse-engineering user reviews (creating passionate users)

From http://headrush.typepad.com/creating_passionate_users/2007/01/reverseengineer.html

The homework assignment we give our new authors before they come to a bootcamp workshop is this:
1) Write your ideal review--the detailed review you'd most like to see from a user.
2) Analyze the positive (in this case, 5-star only) reviews of one of the other books in the series then analyze the positive reviews of the closest competitor for that book. (Make sure you pick one that has at least 40 reviews to get more data).
3) Describe how closely each set matches your ideal review, and what the differences are.
4) Describe any differences between the two sets.

1) Write your ideal review--the detailed review you'd most like to see from a user.

Modify this as I think of better things or ways to say...
R's research was extremely helpful. She has a natural and easy way of saying what needs to be said, in plain english. She get's to the point and uses perfect and succint evidence to support i. It saved me hours of wasted time, I was able to get my project done ahead of time, and with higher quality than otherwise. Her work made all the difference to my success and my customers' wow factor of my product. She really knows her stuff and struts it!
I can't wait to work with her again. (1/17/07)

Not sure how to modify this from a book...
other librarians? no reviews. Other information services: books, how-to, Information Pro Speakers... they may have reviews...?? Let's go look-

3) Describe how closely each set matches your ideal review, and what the differences are.
